SRA3 sheet labels for professional printing
SRA3 labels are blank self-adhesive labels supplied on 320 × 450mm sheets. SRA3 stands for supplementary raw A3: an oversized format used in the professional print trade for digital and lithographic work. The larger sheet gives printers more room to plan the artwork, label layout and sheet handling for a production job.
Choose Matt White Paper as your starting point, or select a removable, glossy, transparent, polyester, coloured or kraft option to suit the application. Rectangular and round layouts provide choices for product packaging, promotional stickers, bottle labels and information labels. Check the adhesive, surface and expected conditions when choosing your material.

The sheet dimensions describe the whole backing sheet; the individual label size depends on the selected layout. For example, the existing 2-per-sheet SRA3 layout has 200 × 289.1mm labels. Select the layout in the configurator to see its dimensions and label count. For smaller desktop sheets, browse our A4 label sizes or view our A5 sheet labels.
Why choose SRA3 labels?
Space for artwork and handling
An oversized sheet can provide space for artwork bleed, trimming and press handling. The usable area depends on your press and the gaps and margins of the chosen label layout. Confirm these before setting up a full-bleed job.
Plan efficient print runs
Layouts with more labels per sheet can help you make effective use of each printed sheet. Compare the label count, artwork requirements and sheet quantity when costing your job.
A choice of finishes
Match the visual finish and adhesive to the job, from everyday white paper to gloss, transparent, coloured and kraft options. Polyester may suit applications needing greater durability; check the material specification for the intended conditions.
Choosing an SRA3 material and adhesive
Matt White Paper is the default material for this range. Matt White Removable provides an alternative where removal matters. White Polyester Waterproof is an option to discuss for moisture exposure; the finished label’s performance also depends on the print, adhesive, surface and environment. Laser Gloss White and Inkjet Gloss White are separate choices because the print coating needs to match the printing process.
Laser Transparent, Semi-Gloss, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Brown Kraft and Transparent Biodegradable Paper complete the material selector. Coloured stocks can help with identification or promotions, while kraft can suit a natural-looking packaging design. Ask us to confirm the material and adhesive specification before ordering for a specialist application.
Printing SRA3 labels: a practical checklist
- Check that your printer or press accepts 320 × 450mm sheets and the selected self-adhesive stock.
- Confirm the material coating, adhesive and liner are suitable for the printing process and fusing conditions.
- Use a template matching the exact label dimensions, gaps and margins. Set the document sheet size to 320 × 450mm.
- Print at actual size (100% scale), with “fit to page” switched off. Check orientation, registration and media settings.
- For full-bleed artwork, confirm the available bleed area and press handling margins. An SRA3 sheet alone does not establish the layout’s bleed allowance.
- Run a small test before starting the full job, checking print adhesion, feeding and alignment.
Professional digital presses, toner-based systems and lithographic presses have different media requirements. If you use an HP Indigo, Xerox, Konica Minolta or Canon press, check the exact model and stock specification. Send us your press model and requirements so we can help confirm the appropriate choice.
Sheet quantities and bulk orders
Choose a total of 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 SRA3 sheets. These quantities refer to sheets, rather than individual labels. To calculate the number of labels, multiply the sheets by the labels per sheet: 500 sheets of the 2-per-sheet layout contain 1,000 labels.
The selector shows the pack price excluding and including VAT for your material, layout and total sheets. Bulk pack prices reflect the relevant quantity break. For quantities above 10,000 sheets or specialist requirements, request a quote. For repeat orders or larger print runs, discuss your bulk requirements. See our delivery information for destinations and dispatch details.
Specialist layouts and repeat print runs
If the stocked layouts do not fit your design, ask us about a bespoke layout or another material. Send your dimensions, shape, press model and expected order quantity so we can check the options and quote. For repeat jobs, keep a record of the chosen material, layout and template to help maintain consistent artwork setup.
SRA3 label FAQs
What are SRA3 labels?
SRA3 labels are self-adhesive labels on oversized 320 × 450mm sheets. They are used in professional sheet-fed printing, with different label sizes and counts available on each sheet.
Are these blank labels or a printed-label service?
These are blank self-adhesive SRA3 sheet labels for you to print. Choose the material and layout to suit your artwork and printing process. Contact us if you need help choosing.
Is SRA3 the same size as A3?
No. SRA3 is 320 × 450mm, while standard A3 is 297 × 420mm. Check that your equipment supports the larger sheet size.
Which SRA3 label sizes can I choose?
The selector includes 12 rectangular layouts, from one full-sheet label to 130 labels per sheet, plus six round layouts with diameters of 88, 64, 51, 45, 37 and 25mm. The exact dimensions and label count are shown for each selection.
Can I print SRA3 labels on a desktop printer?
Only if the printer supports 320 × 450mm sheets and the selected label material. Many desktop printers support A4 or A3 rather than SRA3. Check the manufacturer’s media specifications before ordering.
Are SRA3 labels suitable for HP Indigo or laser presses?
Compatibility depends on the exact stock and press. Check coating, adhesive, liner and model requirements. Please ask us to confirm your chosen material for an HP Indigo or other production press.
Can I print full-bleed artwork?
This depends on the chosen layout’s gaps and margins and your press requirements. The larger SRA3 sheet can provide working space, but each label needs sufficient bleed allowance. Confirm the layout before preparing artwork.
Do you offer removable and waterproof SRA3 options?
Matt White Removable and White Polyester Waterproof are included in the material selector. Ask us to confirm adhesive and performance requirements for your application. Print durability and the application surface affect the finished label.
Does quantity mean sheets or individual labels?
Quantity means total SRA3 sheets. Multiply this by the selected labels per sheet to calculate the individual label count.
Can I get an SRA3 label template?
Choose your layout above to download the matching SRA3 PDF template. Our label templates page also provides downloads for the listed layouts; check the sheet format and dimensions before using one.
Can I order 5,000 or 10,000 SRA3 sheets?
Yes. Both 5,000 and 10,000 sheets are available in the selector, with the relevant bulk price for your chosen material. For larger or recurring orders, contact us for a quote.
